1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of WorkAssign, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

WorkAssign provides enterprise SaaS development, AI automation services, WhatsApp automation, and AI Calling Agent solutions ("Services"). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services with or without notice to you.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

The technology, platforms, algorithms, and AI models provided by WorkAssign remain our exclusive property. Custom software developed specifically under a "Custom SaaS Development" contract is subject to the intellectual property rights defined in the specific master service agreement (MSA).

5. Limitation of Liability

WorkAssign shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of our Services.
